HOW TO USE:

1. Flush the head to clear the bowl before applying.
2. Apply Head Clean directly to the bowl. Spray or pour around the rim and into the bowl.
3. Let it dwell 3–5 minutes. Give the formula time to break down buildup and neutralize odor.
4. Scrub if needed. Use a head brush to work stubborn mineral deposits or staining.
5. Flush through the system to rinse.
6. For holding tank treatment: Add 2–4 oz directly to the holding tank through the head. No flush required — let it work between pump-outs.

No PPE required for normal use.

PRO TIPS FROM THE FIELD:

• Regular maintenance beats emergency cleaning. Add a small dose to the holding tank after each pump-out to control odor between visits.
• For heavy mineral buildup and hard water staining, let Head Clean dwell 10 minutes before scrubbing.
• If the odor is coming from the hose, not the bowl, the hose may be saturated — flush a concentrated dose through the full length of the system.
• Start of season: Run a full dose through the head system and let it sit overnight before the first flush. Clears out any off-season buildup.
• On boats with Y-valves: treat the head side and the overboard discharge side separately so the formula reaches all sections of the plumbing.
