Why Carnauba
Synthetic spray waxes give you shine. Carnauba gives you depth — the warm glow show-car detailers have hand-applied for generations. Boost Coat puts it in a spray bottle so you can lay it down after every wash in minutes. That wax layer also seals out moisture and salt, which helps keep stainless rails, cleats, and towers free of rust spotting.
How to Use
Wet application (fastest — doubles as a drying aid)
- Wash and rinse off all suds.
- While the surface is still wet, mist Boost Coat evenly across it.
- Dry with a clean Sandman towel. You protect and dry in one step.
Dry application (most gloss)
- Wash and dry the surface completely.
- Work in the shade on a cool surface (50–90°F).
- Spray 2–3 pumps onto the panel or onto a microfiber towel.
- Wipe in overlapping passes, one panel at a time, until the surface feels slick and the glow comes up.
Safe to Use On / Do Not Use On
✅ Safe on: cured marine gelcoat · painted fiberglass hulls · cured automotive paint · chrome, stainless steel, polished aluminum · cured powder coat · painted wheels and trim · glass and cured PPF (test a small spot first)
❌ Do not use on: matte or satin finishes · fabric, carpet, or canvas · paint cured less than 30 days · tinted window film · soft-touch interior plastics · vinyl wraps and decals (test first)
When in doubt, test in a hidden area first.
Pro Tips From the Field
- Less is more. 2–3 pumps per panel. More just streaks.
- Buff while tacky. If it dries completely, re-mist lightly and buff again.
- How often. Every wash for daily drivers; weekly for boats in heavy sun.
- Between wax jobs. Use Boost Coat to stretch the life of a full wax.
- Before storage. A coat before covering for winter adds UV protection while it sits.
- After spot treating. Follow All Purpose or Strip Tide with Boost Coat to put protection back.
