The complete 3-step cleaning and protection system for stubborn waterline scum, mineral deposits, rust staining, and built-up grime on marine gelcoat and painted hulls. Zero Spot breaks down hard water deposits and mineral staining, Strip-Tide removes remaining contamination and neutralizes cleaning residue through a thorough wash and rinse, and Boost Coat restores gloss while adding a protective layer of natural carnauba wax.

Three products, one process, a clean and protected waterline.

Also fighting water spots? This same 3-step system handles them. No need to buy both.

What's Included (16 oz each):

  • Step 1 – Zero Spot: Marine Water Spot & Mineral Deposit Remover

  • Step 2 – Strip-Tide: Heavy-Surfactant Decontamination & Reset Wash

  • Step 3 – Boost Coat: Carnauba Wax Protection Spray

How to Use the System

  1. Remove stubborn deposits with Zero Spot. Work in the shade on a cool surface with appropriate gloves and eye protection. Spray Zero Spot directly onto a clean microfiber towel, not onto the hull. Apply evenly to affected waterline areas, allowing approximately 30 seconds of dwell time to break down hard water spots, mineral deposits, and rust staining. Wipe away residue with a separate clean microfiber towel. Do not allow the product to dry.

  2. Reset the surface with Strip-Tide. Thoroughly rinse the treated area with fresh water. Wash the waterline using Strip-Tide diluted at 3–4 oz per 5-gallon bucket of water. Gently agitate with a clean wash mitt or soft detailing brush to remove remaining scum, oils, old wax, and surface contamination. Allow 3–5 minutes of dwell time without letting the solution dry, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water to remove cleaning residue.

  3. Restore gloss and protect with Boost Coat. Once the surface is completely clean and dry, lightly mist Boost Coat directly onto the hull or a clean microfiber towel. Work one section at a time, applying evenly with overlapping passes. Immediately buff with a separate clean microfiber towel until the surface feels slick and develops a deep carnauba gloss. Reapply during routine maintenance to refresh protection.

Why This System Works

  • Waterline Scum Removal: Targets stubborn buildup from minerals, oils, organic contamination, and accumulated surface grime.

  • Mineral & Rust Stain Treatment: Zero Spot breaks down hard water deposits and rust staining that ordinary boat soaps cannot remove.

  • Deep Surface Decontamination: Strip-Tide removes old wax, sealant residue, grease, and embedded surface film.

  • Restored Gloss: Boost Coat enhances the natural depth and shine of properly cleaned gelcoat and painted hulls.

  • Hydrophobic Protection: Natural carnauba wax creates a sacrificial protective layer that encourages water beading and simplifies future cleaning.

  • Easier Maintenance: Helps reduce the adhesion of everyday grime and waterline contamination.

  • Professional-Grade Results: Developed for detailers and boat owners looking to restore and maintain a cleaner, better-protected hull.

Important

  • For compatible marine gelcoat and painted hull surfaces only. Always spot-test each product before full application.

  • Zero Spot is not suitable for plastic, anodized surfaces, or mirrored glass. Avoid contact with incompatible trim and hardware.

  • Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection when handling Zero Spot.

  • Never mix Zero Spot directly with Strip-Tide or other cleaning chemicals. Rinse thoroughly between products.

  • Strip-Tide removes existing waxes and sealants and may compromise protective coatings. Always reapply protection after decontamination.

  • Never allow Zero Spot or Strip-Tide to dry on the surface. Avoid hot surfaces and direct sunlight.

  • Do not apply Boost Coat to matte finishes, fabric, uncured paint, or non-skid surfaces.

  • Follow each product's instructions and SDS for complete safety information.

Eliminate the scum line. Restore the shine. Keep your hull protected.
